WHAT IS A BUYER'S AGENT AND HOW CAN YOU HELP ME?

A buyer’s agent’s role is to work on your behalf to search for and secure the perfect property for you, whether for investment or for your family home. I liaise with real estate agents and manage the entire process, from first inspection to settlement, taking the stress and hard work out of property purchasing for you.

DO YOU RECEIVE ANY KICK-BACKS OR COMMISSIONS?

Absolutely not. I am passionate about my integrity and pride myself on this point of difference.

DO YOU HAVE ACCESS TO PROPERTIES THAT ARE NOT YET ADVERTISED?

Yes I certainly do, I have a large amount of contacts in the industry as well as local knowledge.

HOW DO YOU GET PAID?

My fee is calculated on the contract price of the purchase. It is clearly explained throughout my engagement process.

CAN YOU ASSIST WITH BUILDING AND PEST INSPECTIONS?

Yes I certainly can. I organise all of this for as part of my service – I have a great rapport with several of the inspectors in town and work closely with them throughout the inspection stage. More importantly I can assist you in reading the report once completed.

CAN YOU ASSIST WITH TENANCY FOR MY INVESTMENT PROPERTY?

Yes. I provide you with several options here as to the management of your new property, and can advise on organisational issues like the handover of keys.

CAN YOU ASSIST WITH CONVEYANCING AND LEGAL MATTERS?

Yes. I can provide you with several options for local solicitors who are very reasonable, and most importantly who are great to deal with.
